First prepare the meat :
chop half of an onion, brown in a skillet with 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil.
Add ground beef and cook for a few minutes until the meat starts cooking.
Add the tomato sauce, about half a bottle (Prego type). Cook on low heat for about 10 mn and let stand.

Prepare the sauce
In a pan, put a tablespoon of butter and melt. Add a tablespoon of flour. Stir and add milk little by little (about 200ml)
Let stand.

In a dish, apply layers of ingredients as follow:
apply butter on the dish to avoid the ingredients from sticking. Then, put a layer of sauce, a layer of pasta and a layer of meat.and continue until you fill the dish. Spread cheese to finish, put in the oven for about 30 mn, 350 degres.
